“I had stopped in to drop off a slide for an XD pistol to have the factory sights removed and to have upgraded ones installed. Springfield XD sights are notoriously difficult to remove. I had another business try to remove them but they were not able to accomplish it so they referred me to Vero Arms. I am beyond pleased with Vero. I stopped by and spoke with the owner Ron, he asked if I had some time and said we could try and get it done on the spot. This was a very nice surprise as I was expecting the turn around to be around a week or two. Ron took me back in to their tooling building and he proceeded to successfully remove the sights with no issues other than having to add a little more elbow grease! Ron and I had a very pleasant conversation while he worked on the slide. Overall I'm very happy with his work but I'm more pleased with being able to spend a bit of time and get to know Ron a bit.
